I took a belated shine to their first album, but this is... well it's utter shit.


I know these dudes all wanna do their own art etc etc but 5 years later it's pretty obvious that nothing they do independent of each other will be as good as System.

I know I'm a total fanboy and all but I really like the new SOB song! It's not as good as SOAD (not even close) or even as good as SOB'S first album but it's cool in it's own right. Kinda reminds me of the Dead Kennedy's

I don't get all the hate for Mezmerize and Hypnotize either? They are absolute brilliant albums! Soldier Side, Cigaro, This Song Makes Me Feel Like I'm on this Cocaine , Question!, Lost in Hollywood, Dreaming, Hypnotize, Holy Mountains and She's Like Heroin are all excellent songs. I love Daron's vox too, not as good as Serjs', IMO but still awesome.

I love Mezmerize but have always felt it's their weakest due to it's "softness", reminds me more of a "rock album"
