Archer? Really?
I think that rightfully got cancelled after the first season -if that- over here.. Maybe it's an age thing, but I like they way SP deals with social issues, shedding their light on all positions and ridiculing the lapses in logic of certain groups.. And a racist, self-centered cunt like Cartman never gets old.. To each his own, I guess.. Shit Piss Fuck Cunt Cocksucker Motherfucker Tits |

Archer is still going. I like the adult cartoons, just like i love anime.
But theres adult cartoons and theres this. QUOTE but I like they way SP deals with social issues, shedding their light on all positions and ridiculing the lapses in logic of certain groups That is exactly right. Except i hate it. I hate the way they have gotten so fucking preachy. I liked it when they were funny and there was no big message behind it all. I dont watch Cartoon to get enlightened. I watch them for enjoyment, for entertainment. Of course, on the other hand theres family guy which lacks any entertainment at all these days. |

While I disagree with M2D2 about the quality of South Park (especially the Randy episodes), I do have to say I think Archer is the superior show now. That shit's hilarious.

Im not surprised that anybody likes, yet loves the Randy episodes, my best mate LOVES the fuck out of em. They just arent for me. "Randy does something stupid to stans chagrin" got old after fast for me.
I fucking love me some Archer. Frisky Dingo was great as well. |

Hell yeah, I never knew much about Frisky Dingo, but always loved it when I caught it on Adult Swim. I actually hadn't heard anything about Archer before I saw a clip, and was like "Is this that one show? Why is it getting popular now. I don't remember it being called 'Archer' though." Since the shows basically look exactly the same and have very similar humor I thought it was the same show.
Also, as far as Archer, it's got Jon Benjamin. Pretty much anything that dude is in is fucking gold. Can't wait, next week Jon Benjamin Has A Van starts on Comedy Central. Should be awesome. Many of the comedians I follow on Twitter have seen it and say it's brilliant. ![]() |

I thought this was America?!
I can't get enough of Randy. Him playing Carry On My Wayward Son on guitar was awesome. Do hope that it does finish soon though, whilst they still have their dignity. |

Not so long ago, a Randy episode was guaranteed to be hilarious e.g. Internet Refugee Camp... also that episode about the record-breaking turd.
It seems they have dragged him out for a couple of recent episodes to try and rescue the season... but it's hopeless. Not even Randy can save the show now. This post has been edited by Ice Queen: Jun 14 2011, 1:59 AM |

Loved all the latest seasons, this one is weaker I agree, but still far away from a downfall of Simpsonic proportions.

Just saw that last epsiode (You're getting old).
Strange. It wasn't funny, but that was prolly intentionally, judging on the dialogue between Randy and his wife. Parker and Stone seem to want to finish it. |

Matt and Trey were on The Daily Show last night to talk about The Book of Mormon. They got to talking about the latest episode of South Park a bit. Turns out, there was no real message behind it. They stated they still have a lot of fun making the show and hinted this season wouldnt be the end.

Finally someone acknowledges The Book of Mormon's complete and utter domination of the Tony Awards ((or at least just mention The Book of Mormon - jeezus).
. It was stunningly beautiful to watch the strained faces of all the holier-than-thou theater people have their precious awards snatched from them by the two little shits who make the filthy, childish cartoon that makes fun of their Barbara. On a slightly related note, if you're looking for fucks, don't look to Frances McDormand. She does not give even one. Here's what she wore to the ceremony (designer? Levi's) and her pose after winning: ![]() This post has been edited by Yothers: Jun 16 2011, 10:51 AM |

Oh my fucking God, I finally got to see Royal Pudding. That was outstanding.
"The Winnipeg players playing the March Of A Thousand Farts, as is traditional for the Canadian Royal Family. All the biggest Canadian celebrities are on hand. There are Sirs Terrance and Phillip, with their wives, the lovely Queef Sisters. I believe tha-yes, I believe that one of the sisters just queefed, just now." "What a glorious day for Canada, and therefore of course, the world." And the Rush part.... ahahahahahaha. "And it seems to me you lived your life like a flower breaking wind." Then Geddy Lee farts, cries and Alex Lifeson shoots himself in the head because they're so sad. |

It had its moments, but not great overall. Like Jurkov said, it focused more on tying up the previous episode. I'm a little bummed that everything went back to "normal" at the end of the episode. It could have been interesting to see them take the show in another direction

Not funny, but that of course is tradition... errr I mean, that of course fit the episode.
They wanted to make you feel Stans sadness I guess. I still wonder who Stan stands for here.... Trey or Parker or the viewers? I hope to see something as funny and great as the Coon-epsiodes or Imaginationland soon again. |

But really, Stan is Parker and Kyle is Stone as far as the show in general is concerned which suggests that Parker was on the verge of bailing.

Did anyone else watch "Six Days to Air" last night? It was really cool to get an inside look at how the show gets made. Being in that writers room would be fucking hilarious Im sure
